Välkommen Beyond Budgeting Publicerat 10 december, 2013 inom Nyheter Sedan 15 år tillbaka samlas företag och organisationer från hela världen med en gemensam strävan att utforma planerings- och beslutsprocesser som går i takt med verkligheten.

Företag inom det internationella nätverket Beyond Budgeting Round Table har sedan slutet av 1990-talet utvecklat nya styrformer anpassade till en allt högre komplexitet och osäkerhet i omvärlden. Denna presentation handlar om hur idéer och metoder inom Beyond Budgeting kan göra ekonomistyrningen och därmed hela företag mer agila. Den så kallade Beyond Budgeting-modellen är en mer anpassningsbar och decentraliserad styrmodell som ska fungera som ett alternativ till budgeten (Sandalgaard & Bukh, 2014). Styrmodellen består av 12 principer, varav 6 principer handlar om ledarskap och de andra 6 handlar om processer (Beyond Budgeting Institute, 2011).
